- The in and Out fund list given to council for changes that was approved at September 10th meeting was subsequently amended to keep the Special Offering Fund since there was a recent large contribution made to it.

- Motion/Second/Approve: To accept Pastor Tim’s recommendation to consolidate In/Out categories as discussed into Youth and Youth Mission.
Church’s “highway” sign update:
- We have received the necessary permits and can commence work at any time. Because it requires no digging and can thus be done in the wintertime, we have agreed to let the contractors prioritize their other work, so our sign will be done over the winter.
Reconciling in Christ – discussion about second adult forum (9.22.19 and 9.25.19)
- Due to scheduling miscommunication, Alice Kerr Laird will be coming Oct 20th rather than Oct 13th as originally announced. Oct 13th will instead be “What Would it Mean for Holy Trinity” forum. Facebook and Tidings announcements are being made.
Secretary Report:
- Wiggle Room is painted and operational, and all has been going well with our “new” regular attendant.
Pastor’s Report:
- See attached report.
- Jason Wells from the NH Council of Churches will be guest preacher Oct 20th.
Ministry Reports:
Come Together:
- Some worship assistant roles are in need of more volunteers. Discussion of best way to bring in new volunteers and educate the congregation on what those roles are.
- Photos on the wall in the narthex have been updated.
- God’s Work Our Hands Sunday: 3 people made 55 subs at My Friends Place, 10 people singing at The Pines assisted living, 10 people at the beach cleanup. Over 160 towel packs made in between services.
Grow in Faith:
- Schedule for rest of the year has been laid out.
- Four youth will be confirmed on Oct 27th.
- Christmas pageant will be on December 15th rather than the 8th as originally thought.
- Ski weekend, spring cleanup at Calumet, and confirmation retreat are in the works.
- Thanks to all who volunteered to make the transition to the Wiggle Room happen so quickly and smoothly.
Serve the Lord:
- Nancy formally announced her retirement from her position on the Caring Connections Team at their last meeting. She has been working to make sure she is leaving the team and whoever takes over with all the information and resources they need. Pastor has spoken to someone interested in stepping in to this role.
Stewardship work:
- Stewardship Sunday is Oct 27th. The packet is coming together nicely and should be ready to go out this week.
Council Nominating Committee:
- Joan Bauer and Ron Indorf have agreed to be on it, in addition to Dave Smith and Pastor Tim Krick. Council members have a few others in mind to ask.
