1. Secretary Report
The Bridge Group that met in the building pre-pandemic is relocating to Portsmouth, so will no longer be using our facilities once it is safe for them to gather again.
- Treasurer Report
See attached report.
- Pastor’s Report
- See attached report.
- Discussion of ways the rest of the congregation could support parents in facilitating Faith Formation with their children.
Projection and streaming upgrade: According to their research, the team thinks it will probably cost ~$10,000-$11,000 to install the streaming technology that would give the best experience to the viewer, as well as ongoing costs (for more bandwidth, etc.) probably totaling ~$2000/year. This is for phase 1, to add cameras and streaming capabilities. Phase 2 would deal with adding monitors and screens to the sanctuary. The total estimate if both phases of the project are approved would be around $16,000. Phase 2 will be considered at a future time. The team would like Council’s input on what a reasonable amount to spend might be before they get further quotes and move forward. Discussion ensued of how much would be reasonable to spend, and where that money might come from. Council will meet again soon, either over Zoom or email, to discuss further after more research is done.
