Reconciling in Christ – discussion about 3rd and 4th adult forums (10.13.19 and 10.16.19, 10.20 and 10.23.19)
- Lively conversations.
- Brief survey will be offered Sunday to help evaluate how people are feeling about the process and what next steps should be.
Treasurer Report (including initial 2020 budget discussion)

- Presentation and discussion of initial 2020 budget draft.
Mission Endowment Fund – How do we distribute as originally intended?
- Discussion on whether to touch the appreciated part or just the interest. Council will revisit next month.
Secretary Report
- The 50th Anniversary book Holy Trinity wrote in 2007 is now available on our website as a PDF. You can read the book at htelc.com/our-history
- Pastor and Krissy met with Mark for his annual Performance Review and had a successful and productive conversation.
Pastor’s Report
- See attached report.
- Pastor will be out Mon-Wed of next week for Bishop’s convocation.
Ministry Reports
- Come Together – Joan: No report.
- Grow in Faith – Julie: Christmas pageant will be Dec 15, entitled “Starry Night, Noisy Night.” Calumet ski weekend is scheduled for Feb 28-Mar 1.
- Serve the Lord – Paul: Cheryl Brigham has accepted Caring Connections position. Paul is meeting with her this week. Discussion of best way to do an acknowledgement for Nancy.
Stewardship work
- We have received 61 pledges thus far; last year we received 98 in total. Thus far, Individual pledge amounts have increased.
Council nominating Committee
- Committee has been chosen: Heidi Morrison, Joan Bauer, Ron Indorf, Pastor Tim Krick, Dave Smith.
