If you accepted my challenge of a couple weeks ago to find the sign reading “Watch this Space” somewhere in the Gathering, you found it in front of an empty shelf in the library. So what will fill that space? Prayer shawls. On the shelf you will find bags with a shawl in each and a tag indicating whether for a man, woman or child (though not limited to them) and the shape (some are rectangles, others triangles or squares, most knitted, some crocheted). Anyone who walks in the doors of Holy Trinity is welcome to take a shawl and give it as a “gift of comfort, hope and peace” to a friend, a family member or to a member of the congregation. For questions, contact Julie Kath.
Summer Tune-Up Car Show is on Sunday, June 24 from 9:30am – 1:30pm, brought to you by the Holy Trinity Gearhead Group (people who like cars). This is Holy Trinity’s annual antique car show, in collaboration with Good News Garage.
Here at HTELC, we are in the midst of transitioning to new software for our church database. In addition, we are in the process of creating a new website and are looking for someone to help be a “webmaster.” Again, If you have skill and knowledge in the building and maintaining of websites and would like to be considered to help, please contact Pastor Tim. Thanks in advance!
